Find a Pro’s revenue is based on monthly subscriptions, and we do not tie our clients to any long-term contracts. We are confident that we provide the best possible value for money, and we obviously want to maintain and further grow our client base. Our team of SEO experts utilizes a great many software tools to continually monitor your site’s ranking. If your site were ever to drop out of page 1, you can rest assured that we’ll know about it, and will take appropriate action to get it back where it belongs.

Find a Pro only takes onboard a certain number of projects, where we feel confident we can not only get the site in Page 1 of Google, but where we can also maintain its position in the long-term. Part of our success is that we do not over-commit our resources. Given that you are able to cancel your monthly subscription whenever you like, you can be sure that we work deligently to keep all our sites on Page 1 of Google in order to keep your business, and to provide you with fantastic value.

How To Engage Us

There are several ways of engaging Find a Pro to help your business:

Claim an existing site. If you have seen an existing site which has not yet been claimed by any other business, contact us with the details. We can have you up-and-running within 48 hours. Find A Pro often creates generic sites which we then sell to businesses once the site hits page 1 on Google.

Commission us to create a site. If you’d like us to create a site for your business and be found on page 1 in Google for a certain search terms, contact us and we’ll examine your request. If we feel that we can get you onto page 1, we’ll take on the project.

Join a waiting list. If you have seen an existing Find a Pro site which is currently being used by another business, you can join our waiting list. Should the page become available, we’ll contact you. Please note though that we only work with one professional in each field, for any given suburb. For example, if we have created a site for an Estate Agent in Caulfield, we won’t promote any other Estate Agent in Caulfield, even if you request a different set of search terms. By only dealing with one single professional in any given field for a given suburb, we are able to provide the best possible value for money for that client.

Process Flow

How We Work

Whilst the process-flow seems detailed, the reality is that in most cases we can have you up-and-running within 48 hours with little effort and time required by you.

Stage 1: Research

• We firstly need to establish what business you are in and what outcoe you are after. For example, you may be a gardener in Surrey Hills, and are looking to get more customer enquiries from people searching for a gardener in Surrey Hills. This can be done by simply chatting with one of our consultants.

• We will prepare a brief for one of our SEO consultants, who will do some research to determine whether or not we think we can get you onto Page 1 in google, for a search term such as ‘Gardener Surrey Hills’. If we think we can achieve this for you, we’ll send you a proposal.

• On acceptance of our proposal, you will be required to pay an initial setup fee, and we’ll send you a brief questionnaire which we’ll use for the creation of your site. The one-time setup fee is fully refundable if we cannot get you onto Page 1 on Google with one month.

Stage 2: Implementation

• One of our designers will, in collaboration with a copywriter, create a site for your business.

• After completion, the site is handed to our SEO team, who will then optimize the site, and start SEO work on it to get it to Page 1 on Google. This process usually takes between 1-2 weeks, depending on the search-terms you would like us to target.

Stage 3: Tweaking & Continued Maintaince

• Our SEO team monitors the ranking of all our sites on a daily basis. They will work on your site until it has achieved the best possible result in Google. Automated alerts are sent if you site ever drops from Page 1. This does not happen very often, but if this is the case, we’ll work on the SEO immediately to get it back onto Page 1 ASAP. Remember, you are free to end your subscription at any time, and so it is in our interest as well as yours that your site is always on Page 1.

• If you need to change details on your site at any stage, simply contact us. We’ll update your site in a timely manner, at no cost to you.

What we do:

• Find a Pro helps people grow their businesses by giving them maximum exposure to new clients, and greatly increasing new customer enquiries. We do this by creating a Find a Pro site for your business, and getting it to Page 1 on Google for search terms pertinent to your business.

• Find a Pro only promotes one type of professional per suburb. If you are an electrician in a particular suburb, we will work towards creating internet dominance for you within that suburb. Once you’re on-board with us, we will not deal with any other electrician in your suburb. The power of our marketing lies in this exclusivity.

What we do not do:

• We are not in the business of website design for businesses who want their own website made. Instead, we create and optimize Find a Pro sites for our customers. These sites feature all the details of our client (including contact details, logos, FAQ, testimonials etc) and are created and optimized to generate the maximum number of enquiries.

• With the exception of a few corporate clients, we generally do not take on SEO projects for businesses who want to improve search engine results for their own independant website. All SEO work is done on the sites we create for our clients, under the Find a Pro network.
